238. Side access door has been dismantled and rebuilt with new ali skin.

239. Just requires some small adjustments.

240. Lock cut and fitted.

     

241. Back locker door rebuilt with new ali outer skin.

242. A good effort - even if I have to say so!

243. Looks great!

     

244. Time to get the roof on.

245. Only took us all day.

246. But it turned out OK.

     

247. The roof from the front.

248. And the rear.

249. The side edge aluminium is cut and shaped.

   

 

 

   

250. Only held in by a few screws at this point in time.

251. Not too bad I reckon.

252. With that done, the new edge rubbers are placed behind the Ali trim and the trim secured properly.

     
     

253. This is not an easy job I can tell you.

254. Only one third complete at this point in time.
