214. The rear end is cut at the top, bottom and sides.

The window is cut-out and fitted. The locker

access is cut and fitted. The bumper is placed

into position.

215. The back window from the inside.

216. On the side, the bottom vent and Truma vent is

cut cut and offered up.

     

217. Along the passenger side...

218. The kitchen wall lower vent is cut out.

219. Along with the Mains Input.

     

220. The lower panel on the opposite side is

fixed into place.

221. Vents are cut-out.

222. Looks pretty good to me.

     

223. Access hatch door opening is cut.

224. Trialling the new side door (cover with the new aluminium).

225. The nearside upper panel is fixed into place. Windows and door openings are cut.

   

 

 

   

226. Windows and door frame are fixed into place.

227. Upper overhead cab window.  

228. Not sure about you, but I think it looks pretty damn good!

231. Windows in, water top-up in. Looking good.

     

232. The drivers side rear wheel arch filed to shape.

233. The side door is dismantled and the outer

skin recovered in the new aluminium to match the rest

of the Tischer.

234. The upper half of the door. Still no locks - yet.

     

235. Side locker door rebuilt with new panels. 236. Took 3 attempts!

237. The boiler vent and cover is fixed into place.
